The Role

We have an extensive range of luxury accommodation at Millbrook Resort, the role involves ensuring guests are warmly greeted and a personalised experience is delivered. We are a collaborative team, delivering a high-end bespoke guest experience, whether it be assisting with luggage, delivering room service and undertaking security checks. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a strong customer focus. We are looking for someone who is honest, responsible, capable of working independently and as apart of a small team. Also, has the expertise to provide a five-star service, as well as hands-on support to the front office operation. The night shifts start around 10pm / 11pm until 7am. Therefore, the ideal candidate needs to be comfortable with night shifts and must have a high attention to detail including awareness to undertake security and maintenance checks.

Success Profile

  • Passion for service delivery and the hospitality industry
  • Great communication skills, coupled with a "can do" attitude
  • In-depth local knowledge
  • High level of attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative, as well as, work as an effective team player
  • Must be physically fit, as the role requires manual handling
  • Resilient and able to respond to a variety of situations with a collaborative and flexible approach
  • Solutions focused and ability to think quickly under pressured situations
  • Ability to work weekends, public holidays, shift work including nights
  • Full clean Driver's Licence is essential and must be confident driving passengers
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS is desirable
