We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who has a deep passion for marketing, the guest experience, and always strives to exceed expectations to come and join our amazing team! We need a committed self-starter, with high initiative and strong attention to detail to deliver exceptional results every time in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

This role is part-time (32 hours a week) and requires someone who is highly organised to support and work closely with the Marketing Executive and Marketing Manager. We are looking for a happy, proactive individual who is detail-oriented, creative, and has the ability to develop all marketing collateral and activities for the resort and the resort facilities (The Spa, Hotel, Dining, Golf, and Health & Fitness Centre.) This role is responsible for ensuring Millbrook Resort's collateral is up to date fitting with the brand guidelines and ensuring we are communicating our product and offerings to guests in an appropriate and five-star manner. Also, ensuring that our online profile and content is maintained and improved, including everything from our website and online listings.

Success Profile

  • Passion for marketing and a proven track record working within a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects and priorities
  • Ability to develop clear marketing and creative briefs and work with external agencies
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator with engaging interpersonal skills
  • Confident user of programmes and systems, such as Outlook, Excel, Ezy Msg, Silverstripe, Basecamp etc.
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills, coupled with a positive and ‘can do' attitude
  • Ability to work on own initiative, as well as, working in a small team
