We seek a reservations specialist like yourself who is passionate about the guest experience to come and join our five-star team!

The Role

We have an extensive range of luxury accommodation at Millbrook Resort, the purpose of the role

includes promoting products and services, creating tailored proposals for prospective clients, event organisation, creating Runsheets, managing room listings and accurate billing. You will be liaising with clients and must be passionate regarding providing professional and consistent five-star service.

We are looking for someone with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering unique and memorable guest experiences. We are a collaborative team, delivering a high-end bespoke service, which requires strong communication and interpersonal skills both over the phone and via email. The ideal candidate will be a strong administrator with high attention to detail, coupled with excellent communications skills

Success Profile

  • Minimum of one years' experience within hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and positively.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as exceptional organisational skills.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and multitask under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills, coupled with a ‘can do' attitude.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a small team.
  • Experience with Opera is desirable
  • Flexible to work weekends and public holidays
