About the Role
We're looking for a full-time, permanent Digital Marketing Executive who is passionate about retention marketing, digital optimisation and customer engagement. This role requires someone with specialist-level experience in at least one core area of digital marketing—paid advertising, social media, eDM/Email Marketing, or web design/development.

You'll focus on improving customer lifetime value (CLV) and ROI, through hands-on execution and strategic oversight of campaigns across digital channels. Working closely with external agencies and internal teams, your role will be key in driving website performance, managing email communications, and supporting digital advertising initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of digital campaign with a strong focus on click-through rate (CTR) performance and churn reduction.
  • Oversee and manage our external website agency, ensuring it is optimised for traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Drive retention marketing efforts, including email campaigns (EDMs) and digital content initiatives.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with external agencies to execute paid digital campaigns—ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with brand goals.
  • Support data-driven decision making by tracking, analysing, and reporting on key metrics.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to streamline marketing operations, reduce costs, and improve performance.
  • Keep up to date with digital trends, tools, and technologies.

About You

  • 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing role
  • Specialisation in at least one digital focus area (Paid Ads, social media, eDM, Web Design/Development)
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute digital retention strategies.
  • Experience working with external agencies and internal team members.
  • Proficient with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, EDM platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Klaviyo), CRM software or website CMS.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to interpret marketing performance data.
  • Strong copywriting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRO strategies, A/B testing, and user journey optimisation is desirable.
  • SEO or SEM knowledge and web publishing would be an advantage.
  • Experience with marketing automation and customer segmentation is desirable.
