The Role

As a Procurement Officer, you will play a key role in assisting with the sourcing, purchasing and supply of goods and services imperative to our organisation. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detailed-orientated and proactive approach to champion our system implementation and ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.

The successful candidate will provide guidance and feedback to our departments to ensure best practise, liaise with suppliers, maintain procurement records and provide direct support to our Commercial Manager. The Procurement Officer will also highlight risks and opportunities based on usage patterns and order frequency, build strong relationships with operational managers and ensure procurement always supports a guest-first approach.

Success Profile

  • Previous experience within procurement of supply chain coordination, preferably within the hospitality or resort sector
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in data entry, documentation and reporting
  • Confident using digital systems; experience with PurchasePlus or similar P2P platforms preferred
  • Excellent communicator with a supportive, team-orientated approach
  • Understanding of inventory, stock control, and basic supply chain principles
  • Proactive and commercially aware, with the ability to identify opportunities for cost and quality improvement
  • A guest-first mindset with a desire to support resort teams in delivering exceptional service through better procurement
