The Role

This position is located at our vibrant Hole in One Café, a fast-paced casual dining venue celebrated for its exceptional coffee and warm, welcoming atmosphere. As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for greeting members and guests with genuine hospitality, expertly preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, and contributing to a memorable dining experience that goes beyond expectations. We pride ourselves on delivering a personalised five-star service—whether it's a classic latte or a customised soy decaf mocha. Success in this role means working collaboratively, building strong rapport with regulars (yes, knowing their go-to coffee orders by heart!), and upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Success Profile

• Passion for delivering coffee that is perfect every time
• Barista qualification desirable but not essential
• High level of communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proven ability and desire to continually provide superior customer service
• Ability to work on own initiative, as well as work as an effective team player
• Thrive in a fast-paced work environment, coupled with excellent multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work full time including shifts, weekends & public holidays
