The Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant at the Millhouse, you will play a vital role in delivering refined and memorable dining experiences. From the first greeting to the final farewell, you will bring warmth, professionalism and attention to detail to every guest interaction. You will work closely with the Millhouse Restaurant Manager and wider team to uphold five-star standards and contribute to the seamless operations of one of New Zealand's most celebrated dining venues. From providing excellent wine pairings to sharing your knowledge of our impeccable seasonal menu, this is your chance to let your passion for five-star hospitality shine.

Success Profile

• Two years previous Food & Beverage service experience in a Fine Dining environment.
• Must have wine and cocktail knowledge and service experience, including varietals, pairing principles and cellar etiquette.
• Familiarity with Agylysis or similar POS system is desirable.
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn and grow in the role.
• High level of communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proven ability and desire to continually provide superior customer service and a genuine passion for five-star hospitality.
• Strong commitment to teamwork, attention to detail and presentation.
• Driver's Licence is advantageous, owing to Arrowtown location and shift patterns - you must be able to make your own way to and from work.

Location: Arrowtown, Queenstown

Hours: Permanent, full time guaranteed 30 hours per week
