Here at Millbrook, excellence begins the moment out guests wake up. We are currently seeking a professional, service-focussed Food & Beverage Attendant to join our Clubhouse, where we deliver a refined and welcoming morning dining experience in our award-winning resort.

The Role

As a key member of our Food & Beverage Team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless breakfast service by maintaining the highest standards of presentation, efficiency and hospitality. Your attention to detail and warm, genuine service will contribute to our guests having an excellent start to their day. We are looking for a candidate who is interested in working mainly in breakfast service, however with five Food & Beverage outlets on the resort you will be expected to support our wider team on occasion. You will work collaboratively with both kitchen and service teams to prepare and maintain the breakfast buffet, serve beverages and uphold hygiene, safety and service standards at all times. This role is suited to an individual who has a genuine passion for hospitality and understands the importance of creating a welcoming and polished start to each guest's day.

Success Profile

• At least one year's previous Food & Beverage service, preferably in breakfast service.
• Coffee making skills and knowledge is highly regarded.
• High level of communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proven ability and desire to continually provide superior customer service.
• Strong commitment to teamwork coupled with a "can-do" attitude.
• Agilysys or similar POS system knowledge is advantageous.
• Ability to work full time including shifts, weekends & public holidays
• Drivers Licence advantageous due to our Arrowtown location.
