The Role

As a key member of our Food & Beverage Team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless, high-end food and beverage service during corporate and group events, weddings and more. You will anticipate guests' needs with intuition and accuracy and work with our wider Food & Beverage Team to create truly magical experiences.

We are looking for a candidate who is interested in working mainly in the evenings and at night, however with five Food & Beverage outlets on the resort you will be expected to support our wider team on occasion. You will work collaboratively with both kitchen and service teams to execute our well-known events, from setting up and packing down our events spaces to providing attentive table service including tray carrying and beverage service, no two events are the same! This role is suited to an individual who has a genuine passion for hospitality and understands the importance of creating a five-star experience for our guests.

Success Profile

  • At least one year's previous Food & Beverage service, preferably within a 4/5-star hotel/resort or functions environment
  • Ability to work full time in the evenings and at night, including weekends and public holidays
  • Proven ability and desire to continually provide superior customer service
  • Strong commitment to teamwork coupled with a "can-do" attitude
  • High level of communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Drivers Licence advantageous due to our Arrowtown location.
