The Role

We have four luxury restaurants and a functions team at Millbrook Resort, this role involves ensuring guests are warmly greeted, as well as, delivering a unique and unforgettable dining experience. We focus on being a part of a collaborative team, delivering a tailored five-star guest experience. We are looking for a candidate who is interested in working across each of these outlets as required, with a main focus on our Hole in One Café. Millbrook offers an exceptional breakfast service in our Clubhouse, innovative Japanese cuisine in Kobe Restaurant, elegant seasonal dishes in the Millhouse as well as renowned coffees and all-day service in the Hole in One. Our Food & Beverage Attendants are hands-on operationally and have excellent leadership and organisational skills.

Success Profile

• One-year previous Food & Beverage experience is advantageous.
• High level of communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proven ability and desire to continually provide superior customer service.
• Strong commitment to teamwork.
• Agilysys system knowledge desirable.
• F&B experience within a busy five-star Hotel/Resort preferable.
• Proven ability to use own initiative and ability to work as a team player.
• Thrive in a fast-paced work environment, coupled with excellent multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work full time including shifts, weekends & public holidays
• Drivers Licence advantageous owing to our Arrowtown location.

Pay Rate: $27.00 - $28.00 per hour depending on experience

Location: Arrowtown, Queenstown

Hours: Full time permanent (30/40 hours per week guaranteed)
