Are you someone who takes pride in creating immaculate spaces and delivering outstanding service? Join our dedicated Housekeeping team at Millbrook Resort, where we combine luxury with genuine hospitality across a stunning range of premium accommodation and world-class facilities.

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will help create unforgettable guest experiences — from offering a warm welcome to ensuring every detail is flawless. You will work alongside a supportive, collaborative team, delivering personalized service across the resort, including our luxury villas, award-winning spa, Health & Fitness Centre, and exceptional dining venues.

What will your day look like?

• Performing check-out cleans, making beds, scrubbing bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and restocking supplies.
• Servicing occupied rooms to maintain a fresh, welcoming environment for returning guests.
• Upholding high cleanliness standards in both guest spaces and public areas.

This is a hands-on, physically active role — think of it as getting paid to stay fit! You will be on the move throughout your shift, working in both indoor and outdoor settings. Success Profile

• Cleaning experience in five-star Hotel or comparable environment preferred
• Have a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills and take pride in high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with both guests and team members
• Show attention to detail and a proactive approach to reporting maintenance issues
• Ability to work on independently while also being a strong team player
• Be reliable, punctual, and able to respond to a variety of situations with a collaborative and flexible approach
• Be physically fit and capable of handling the demands of a hands-on, fast-paced environment, as role involves regular manual handling, repetitive tasks, and being on your feet for long periods of time
• Ability to work weekends and public holidays in line with operational requirements
• Drivers Licence advantageous

Location: Arrowtown, Queenstown

Pay Rate: $26.00 per hour

Hours: Full-time permanent and fixed term seasonal positions available (30 hours per week guaranteed)
