About the Role
This is your chance to lead the people strategy for one of Australasia's top luxury and lifestyle brands. As People & Culture Manager, you will work collaboratively across all levels of the business, responsible for leading a team who provide advice and guidance on a diverse range of people activities including Health & Safety, Payroll as well as generalist HR. You will lead transformational value add projects as part of Millbrook senior leadership team, whilst also providing guidance, coaching and support to the P&C Team on their day-to-day duties and responsibilities. We have a ‘people centred' approach by enhancing the employee experience through coaching, learning & development and a work safe - play safe - live safe culture.

About You
We're seeking a forward thinking, supportive people leader with:

• 5+ years of People & Culture experience.
• Previous leadership experience desirable.
• HR degree or relevant qualification desirable.
• High level of attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
• ​Ability to work to tight and changing deadlines and able to multitask and manage priorities.
• ​Strong communication skills, coupled with a "can do" attitude and a friendly, professional approach.
• ​Ability to work on your own, as well as, part of a team.
• Resilient and able to respond to a variety of situations with a collaborative and flexible approach.
