We are looking for a high-energy, dynamic and inspiring Health & Fitness Assistant / Class Instructor to lead group classes, assist our guests in the gym and keep the good vibes flowing! You will be joining our tight-knit and passionate Health & Fitness Team who take pride in providing personalised five-star service every day.

The Role

You'll be supporting the daily operation of our Health & Fitness Centre—welcoming guests, managing bookings, and keeping everything running smoothly. Depending on your skills and interests, there is also the opportunity to lead group classes, offer personal training, or assist with swim instruction.

Whether you have strong reception experience, fitness qualifications, or both—we encourage you to apply! Success Profile

• A passion for health, wellbeing, and delivering outstanding guest service

• Qualified as a Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, Swim Instructor or Class Instructor (desirable, not essential)

• Excellent communication and a positive "can-do" attitude

• Strong administration and multitasking ability

• High level of attention to detail and organisation

• Professional, polished presentation

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Available for weekend, public holiday, and evening shifts

Location: Arrowtown, Queenstown

Hours: Full time guaranteed 30/40 hours per week
