Spa Receptionist

The Role

The Spa Receptionist is the brand ambassador of the spa team, welcoming guests with warmth while ensuring every detail of their experience is seamless and unforgettable. As the initial point of contact, you will embody the Millbrook brand with professionalism and grace, creating a sense of calm and anticipation for the bespoke treatments that await. Our spa features seven beautifully appointed treatment rooms, where our expert therapists deliver tailored, world-class therapies designed to rejuvenate and restore. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-performing team dedicated to delivering consistent five-star service and crafting extraordinary moments that linger in memory. Success Profile

  • Minimum one year reception & customer service experience required
  • Excellent attention to details and time management skills, coupled with strong administrative skills
  • Ability to multitask and adopt a ‘can-do' attitude
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving skills as well as being highly organised
  • Professional and immaculately presented
  • Passion for retail and achieving daily KPI's
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines whilst being flexible and adaptable to changing demands
  • Passionate about health and well-being
  • Enjoys working with people and committed to delivering exceptional experiences
  • Comfortable using systems and booking programs
  • Flexible availability for hours of work, including weekends and public holidays

Location: Arrowtown, Queenstown

Pay Rate: $26.00 - $28.00 gross per hour (based on experience)

Hours: Full-time permanent (30/40 hours per week guaranteed)
